Good ol' Mr Postie!

I have had a few good days craftwise. Thursday I receive a few preview images of Holly & Madison and Mr Postie arrived with my Copics. Then Lou asked me to colour the collection!!EEK...but how could I resist such fabulous images.

Just ready to step down from my little crafty cloud today when Mr Postie arrived with a new Design Team stamp from Toodles & Binks! It's a tree image called Grow a Little Love!
Well all eager to try out my copics again but I didn't have the colours I needed so I reverted back to my Prismas for all the brown colours I and finished off with some bright red Copics. Got my card design prepared, chose the paper, stamped the sentiment, cut the ribbon THEN I had a brain wave. How perfectly would this image go with the new Holly in the Garden download!!!!!!! So I shuffled the design around and came up with this!

(Sorry about the colours!)
I made this to fit in with this weeks Cute Card Thursday Challenge- Metallica!"Very simple one, use some metal on your card i.e. charms, wire, spacers, eyelets, metal coloured card, fabric or paper etc. "
As you can see, I have used an eyelet for the chipboard hearts, a couple of brads for the sentiment, and although it might not be that clear I have used metallic rub-ons too!
Whilst making this card I will also mention a challlenge going on over at Crafts by Carolyns. Pens, Pencils and paints......We'd like you to create a project using more than one way of adding colour. I have already done this challenge but I have used quite a few different mediums on this card.
Prismas-for the tree bark, Copics for the red hearts and Holly image, glitter gel pens for Holly, Distress inks for the chipboard hearts, perfect pearls for the chipboard hearts, brilliance ink pad for edging, metallic rub-ons, black ink pad for tree image, marvy marker for stitched effect.....
